Error description

• Transition that have  'Rectilinear' routing on state machine
  diagrams are very hard or sometimes impossible to move using the
  handles or selecting the transition line.

  * When the 'Connector appearance details' dialog is opened,    *
  * the properties such as 'Closest distance' are not            *
  * initialized properly. 'Closest distance' is always disabled. *
  * This causes confusion to the user such as even when the      *
  * 'Closest distance' option is disabled, the user will not be  *
  * able to move the connection edges.                           *

Problem conclusion

• When the 'Connector appearance details' dialog is opened, the
  properties such as 'Closest distance' are not initialized
  properly. 'Closest distance' is always disabled. This causes
  confusion to the user. Now, the 'Closest distance' option will
  be initialized as per the previously set value.
