APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• I start a client session as the brand new user, user1, and do a
  ?copy Projects? by right clicking a project from ?All 1.0
  Integration Projects?. The copy Project dialog comes up and the
  purpose ?Insulated Development? is shown. If I cancel the dialog
  and do the copy project again, then ?Collaborative Development?
  is shown for this each successive attempt.
  
  If I restart the session then Collaborative is shown each time.
  
  However, if I refresh the backend sessions for the database and
  restart the client and repeat the above then the first time
  ?Insulated Development? is shown with each time after that
  Collaborative is shown.
  
  The copy project should provide a consistent purpose every time
  you select that operation. This leads to wastes time with extra
  copy and delete operations.
