APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In a MobileFirst Project opened in Android Studio, the Project
  Settings -> Libraries pane in the Project Structure dialog shows
  the following jars as missing and in red color,
  cordova_plugins.jar, sqlcipher.jar and uicandroid.jar. In the
  case of later releases it may also show gcm.jar as missing. Some
  of these jars have been removed from the product while others
  are optional.  This does not result in any functionality loss.
  

Local fix

• Remove the entries for the missing jars from the Libraries pane
  and Apply the changes. This will modify the read-only file
  libs.xml.
