Error description

• In Rational Developer for System z (RDz) version 9.0, 9.1, or
  any service packs of RDz 9.0 or 9.1,  if a user attempts to
  browse or edit a source from a CARMA repository, the Extract
  Dependencies dialog is displayed with a message to ask if the
  user would also like to retrieve the dependencies. This message
  is always displayed in English, even in a different language
  environment.

Problem summary

• The texts not directly related to CA Endevor (such as Extract
  Dependencies) were not being translated.
  
  This APAR is being closed FIN with concurrence from the
  submitting customer. This means that a fix to this APAR is
  expected to be delivered from IBM in a release which is being
  developed at the time that the APAR was closed. The latest
  release of the product to exit development at the time this
  APAR was closed was: Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.
