Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1.1 and
  Rational Team Concert Integration (RTC) v4.0.6.1
  
  User build generates JCL with DISP=(NEW,DELETE) for a temporary
  data set created in a previous step.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1 - create a Dataset definition for a temporary dataset in RTC
  2 - add it as DD allocation to a translator and assign a DD
  name,
  say DDNAME1
  3 - add it as DD allocation to another translator and assign a
  DD name, say DDNAME2
  4 - add those 2 translators to a Language Definition
  5 - generate a user build using that Language Definition, the
  DISP operand for the second allocation will be (NEW,DELETE)
  instead of (SHR,DELETE):
  
  //STEP1   EXEC PGM=PROG1,
  // ...
  //DDNAME1 DD DSN=&&TSTTMP,
  //         DISP=(NEW,PASS),      * this is correct
  // ...
  //STEP2   EXEC PGM=PROG2,
  // ...
