Error description

• When creating a TEXT entity, the fields type of text and type of
  paragraph do not have default value. These fields are set to
  space instead of 'T' and 'V' like in Pacbase and this does not
  cause any error.
  
  If then a PAF/MAF query is run, the result will not be as
  expected because of these empty fields.
