PI35064: After web publishing, links to other model elements are broken

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After web publishing an IBM Rational Software Architect model,
  links to other model elements within a model element's
  'Documentation' tab are broken.
  
  The following steps reproduce the problem:
  
  1. Create a UML model and project
  
  2. Add, for example, a class to the model
  
  3. Add, for example, a package to the model and a class to the
  package
  
  4. Go to the 'Documentation' tab in the class from Step 2 and
  click 'Add link' in order to create a link to the class created
  in Step 3
  
  5. Save the changes and web publish the model
  
  6. Open the web published model and click the link from Step 4
  
  Expected Result: You are taken to the class from Step 3
  
  Actual Result: The 'The webpage cannot be displayed' error
  appears, as the link is broken.
  
  There is no workaround.

Problem conclusion

• Now, the internal references to workspace resources will be
  resolved to the correct generated html page (in case, if they
  are generated properly by resolving the location) and hence the
  navigating will work seamlessly.
