Error description

• When you have a component which you have read-only access to,
  and that component is added to an environment, you will not
  be able to edit the component environment
  properties of that component, but you not be able to edit the
  component environment properties of other
  components.
  
  To work around this issue, you can filter the component
  environment properties to only show components you can
  access. This will allow you to edit the component environment
  properties on those components.
