Error description

• Customer was trying to do an in-place Feature Level
  upgrade of their database from FL 7 to Fl 8 and it was taking
  days to complete.
  Most of this time was spend on fixing relationships
  via millions of update statement like the following:

  'ParentCR' (bad value=34350312). This field will be cleared.

  'ParentCR' (bad value=34350312). This field will be cleared.
  CRMMD1466E Item '48767206' (dbid=48767206) of record type
  'CR_AffectedItem' has an invalid reference to 'CR' in field
  'ParentCR' (bad value=34350312). This field will be cleared.
