Error description

• The startup scripts for both UNIX and Windows should set the
  AgentMonitor's maximum memory. Currently this is only done on
  the Windows Script using the environment variable
  MONITOR_JAVA_OPTS.
  
  In very rare cases the AgentMonitor could use a large amount of
  memory on the system which would cause other errors.
