Error description

• In Rational Change 5.3.1, when a report query returns an
  attribute value of type CCM_USER that is null, running the
  report fails with the error 'CRCHG0943E Failed to convert user
  names to display name.'
  
  This error message is also written to the event log along with
  the messages
  
   The user 'xxxx' has a null first or last name
   First name : null
   Last name : null
