Error description

• In the application server log OutOfMemory or Timeout can occur
  when the method 'removeUnusedOneTimeUrls' executes due to a huge
  number of records in the ONETIMEURL table.

Problem conclusion

• Replaces OneTimeUrl mechanism : encryption with hash and DB
