Error description

  • When using a Microsoft SQL Server database, you might see the
upgrade to 6.1.0.4 or 6.1.1.0 fail with the message:

[upgrade] Applying 4.8 change: 56  [upgrade]  This upgrade may
take some time to complete. Please do not end the upgrade
prematurely.  [upgrade]  Step 1 of 2: Writing new workflow
metadata. <some number> metadata entries to create...

This is caused when there are large numbers of
metadata entries to create (more than 100,000).

Technical Support can provide a new upgrade file if you
encounter this issue.
