Error description

• If we do this:
  tags["NUMBER"] = 2
  And then write %%%NUMBER%% into a copybook field of PIC 9(4)
  then the field contains 2.0 and not 2.

• A fix for this issue was provided in version 8.7.1.1 of Rational
