Error description

• A DISPLAY QLOCAL(xxxx) QSGDISP(ALL) CMDSCOPE(*) command only
  displays local and shared objects of the QMGR where the
  command was issued. It does not return objects from all
  QMGRs in the QSG.

  The command 'DISPLAY QL(..) QSGDISP(ALL) CMDSCOPE(*)' only shows
  shared queues for the queue manager that the command is issued
  against. While this is working as designed in some circumstances
  it is desirable to be able to see the shared queues in the
  responses from all queue managers.
  

Problem conclusion

• A service parameter is added that when enabled will cause shared
  queue information to be returned from all queue managers in the
  queue sharing group.
  The service parameter is not appropriate in all environments,
  and should only be enabled under guidance of IBM support.
