PI31870: BUILD FORGE 8.0.0.2 ADAPTER BUILDS BEING ARCHIVED INSTEAD OF BEING PURGED COMPLETELY

Rational Build Forge Interim Fix 3 for 8.0.0.2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When configuring a build to use an adpator link or an adaptor
  using an appropriate dot command (ie: .source) and the build
  class is not configured to remove the console data (ie: Logs
  Only), the adaptor build will be archived instead of being
  completely purged.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  - Configure test project and adaptor, the adaptor should be
  configured to failed (ie: exit 1).
  - Link the test adaptor to the test project.
  - Configure build class to remove build logs only (Delete Files:
  Logs Only), configured build class to test projects.
  - Execute test project with adaptor link.
  
  Expected result:
  
  Test project build fails during adaptor link step (step 0), then
  immediately purged removal all data including console data and
  agent files.
  
  Actual result:
  
  Test project build fails during adaptor link step (step 0), then
  immediately purged removal only build log data and build is
  marked as "archived".
  

Local fix

• Update affected project build class to "Delete Files:
  Everything".
