PI31810: Subscriber full name replaced by user login in Edit CR Subscription List dialog

Rational Change Interim Fix 4 for 5.3.0.6

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While viewing a CR browse to 'Subscribe to this CR' , select
  Edit. This brings up the Edit CR Subscription List dialog.
  
  Add a user or two to the subscriber?s side of the window by
  selecting them and hitting Add, in this case users Joe User and
  Mike Noname are added to subscribers with their full names
  displayed.
  
  Using the ?Users in Scope? select a letter to find another user.
  Add a selected user to Subscribers by selecting add.
  
  Add this point notice that the new user Silly Susan has been
  added to the subscribers, but Joe User and Mike Noname have had
  their full names replaced with their login name.
