Error description

• When attempting to checkin a large directory/element set with
  the aggregated checkin function, the operation will hang and
  never complete. The cancel button is unable to recover cleanly
  from this operation and the CCRC window must be force closed.
  

Local fix

• Select the elements to be checked in and use the regular checkin
  command.
