Error description

• RC00E70005 DSNXOLDE:M010 with a Nested Loop Join using DPSI
  parallelism when the outer table is a work file from a outer
  join result.
  

Local fix

• Setting PARAMDEG_DPSI to DISABLE will disable DPSI parallelism.

  execution time when DPSI parallelism is incorrectly selected
  during bind/prepare.
  
  Note that DPSI parallelism is not controlled by traditional
  parallelism settings.  As such, DPSI parallelism can be in
  effect even with PARAMDEG=1.  DPSI parallelism can be
  controlled at the subsystem level via zparm PARAMDEG_DPSI.

Problem conclusion
