  ABEND0C4 RC10 in DSNVLFRR +008A or
  ABEND0C4 RC10 in DSNXOCMP +5F14 can occur on a query if
  multi-column histogram statistics have been collected on
  some of the columns referenced by the query.  This problem
  can happen if multi-column histogram statistics exist
  in SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST for a given colgroup but the statistics
  are invalid due to some missing quantiles.  This results in
  the allocation of an insufficient amount of storage to
  store the statistics information.

Problem conclusion

• When some multi-column histogram quantiles are missing, the
  colgroup set should be treated as invalid.  Code is updated to
  invalidate the set of multi-column histogram statistics on a
  given colgroup if there are missing statistics for some
  quantiles in that set.
