Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.0.1.3
  After installing the PTF UI20613, users that have lowercase
  passwords are not able to connect to the host.  They receive
  the following error:
  RACF-Error:
  ICH408I USER(RDz) GROUP(RDz) NAME(Lastname, Firstname  ) 011
    LOGON/JOB INITIATION - INVALID PASSWORD
  

Local fix

• Change password to Uppercase
