Error description

• When the governor "Context Sensitive Join Selection" is set to
  Automatic in a Framework Manager model, the runtime of a report
  increases significantly. This only happens in a model containing
  segments.

• Use "Context Sensitive Join Selection" to Disabled or Explicit.
