Error description
When you use Internet Explorer IE9 in IE8 compatibility mode, your uBuild version 5.0.1.3 will show the initial splash screen without the textboxes to enter in User and Password. This prevents you from logging in.
Local fix
From MS Docs: * <meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=edge" > Note that this is functionally equivalent to using the HTML5 doctype. It places Internet Explorer into the highest supported document mode. Edge most is most useful for regularly maintained websites that are routinely tested for interoperability between multiple browsers, including Internet Explorer. That HTML5 doctype is <!DOCTYPE html> and is in our login.jsp and header.jsp already http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/jj676915.aspx
