Error description

• Use case 1: IE 11 is crashing when using the horizontal scroll
  bar of parent record after adding a reference child record and
  before saving the child record.
  Use case 2: IE 11 crashes when using the horizontal scroll bar
  of the referenced record filed inside the parent record form
  while viewing it.
  
  
  Steps to reproduce
  - Use case 1 could be reproduced consistently on client's schema
  on 1 of the client's environment. I could only reproduce once
  here inhouse on OOB DefectTracking schema using the recordtype
  "Customer"
  - Use case 2 could be reproduced consistently also here inhouse
  using client's schema/database copy and on a second client's
  environment. I could not reproduce with OOB DefectTracking
  schema.
  Steps to reproduce:
  1- With IE 11, connect to CQ 8.0.1.5 or CQ 8.0.1.5.003:
  2- Select CQ repository and open a parent record
  3- From the parent record which contains a child record already
  move the horizontal scroll bar.
  IE 11 crashes with the error:  "Internet Explorer has stopped
  working - A problem caused the program to stop working
  correctly. Please close the program".
  Clicking on the button "Close the program" to remove the pop up
  closes IE, but if you don't, after a minute, IE reloads CQ by
  itself.
  
  If you click with the mouse on any area of the form before you
  use the scroll bar, the crash does not happen.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.7.
  ClearQuest Web Internet Explorer 11 browser windows will no
  longer crash when moving the horizontal scroll bar in a listview
  control.
