APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Users in "other" groups get "permission denied" errors accessing
  a sub-directory in a IBM Rational ClearCase VOB if it's parent
  has 771 permissions.
  This is a change in behaviour between 7.1.2.x and 8.0.1 versions
  of ClearCase.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  Change permissions on the parent directory to allow read access
  for others.
