Problem conclusion

• Added new optional parameter "ldapReferral" to LDAP login module
  properties in authenticationConfig.xml file. This parameter used
  to indicate to the service providers how to handle referrals. If
  this property has not been set, then IMF do not set any value to
  this LDAP property.

  ignore - Ignore referrals
  follow - Automatically follow any referrals
  throw - Throw a ReferralException for each referral
