Error description

• A CSQX027E was received,
  "CSQX027E ssid CSQXRESP Unable to get storage, RC=00000000",
  due to a leak of message property control blocks associated
  with the Datapower clients (these are XMSH and ZSTM control
  blocks which are anchored off Sess.NewMsgHandle and
  Sess.pNewMsgHandle).

  *                 Release 1 Modification 0.                    *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Storage is leaked in the channel        *
  *                      initiator when client connections       *
  *                      terminate after putting messages with a *
  *                      Message Handle specified in             *
  *                      MQPMO.NewMsgHandle. Over time the       *
  *                      leaked storage can lead to storage      *
  *                      exhaustion and/or performance           *
  *                      degradation in the channel initiator    *
  *                      address space.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When a client application puts a message, specifying a message
  handle in MQPMO.NewMsgHandle, storage is allocated for the
  message handle and associated property control blocks in the
  channel initiator address space. When the channel terminates
  this storage is not freed, leading to the storage being leaked.
  

Problem conclusion

• Channel termination processing is changed to correctly free the
  message handle and associated control blocks for the handle
  specified in MQPMO.NewMsgHandle.
