Error description

• Release Configuration Applications dropdown does not do a
  wildcard search and changes width as the the user scrolls
  causing UI issues.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Create an application called "Test - ABC"
  2) Enter "ABC" into the Release Configuration Applications
  dropdown
  
  Expected Results:
  You would expect that you would see "Test - ABC"
  
  Actual results:
  Filter is not applied
  
  Additionally, as you scroll, the dropdown list constantly
  changes
  width. This makes it very hard to scroll through the list of
  applications.
