Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Enterprise COBOL V5.1 with COBOL    *
  *                 programs invoked by assembler programs.      *
  *                                                              *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When an assembler program is using      *
  *                      LOAD to load a COBOL V5 program and     *
  *                      then later calls it, the WSA address    *
  *                      may not be set correctly when the       *
  *                      COBOL V5 program returns. If the        *
  *                      caller of the assembler program         *
  *                      requires its own WSA, the WSA address   *
  *                      may not be correct when control is      *
  *                      returned back to the caller.            *

  The interface between the COBOL compiler and the COBOL run time
  library was not able to ensure that the WSA address is set
  correctly when a COBOL V5 program returns control to an
  assembler program, a new interface was needed.

  correctly when a COBOL V5 program returns control to an
  assembler program.
