PI28470: LOAD ABENDS WITH RC00E40317 CAUSE 00C90110 DSNUFOBD+0A82

Error description

• Running concurrent cross-loader LOAD jobs on 2 different members
  of a data sharing group (2 different lpars). One job finishes
  with RC0 but multiple MSGDSNU647I. The other job abends with
  REASON=X'00E40317' CAUSE=X'00C90110' in DSNUFOBD+0A82
  RC00E40317 RC00C90110 DSNUFOBD OFFSET0A82
  

Local fix

• Run loads on the same member/lpar, or run them sequentially

  *                      different member on another PBG table   *
  *                      space in the same database.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available.         *

  Two CROSSLOADER utilities concurrently ran on two PBG table
  spaces of the same database from different members of a data
  sharing system and added new partitions for both of them.  One
  of the table space contained a table with a LOB column.  The
  CROSSLOADER on this table abended with ABEND04E RC00E40317
  RC00C90110 at DSNUFOBD + x'0A82' when inserting the SYSCOPY
  record for the LOB table space for the newly grown partition.
  The message DSNU647I - UNAVAILABLE REASON X'00D70002',
  UNAVAILABLE TYPE X'00000220', TABLESPACE NAME= ... NOT FOUND
  was issued during the other CROSSLOADER when updating the
  statistics.
  These two problems occurred because one of the internal pointer
  was not updated after the partition growth.
  The same problem can happen for LOAD utility.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to update the internal pointer.
