Error description

• If entering a L type line (Label) on -CE of a screen without
  inputting "/" (delimiter character) for ending the label, the
  value of the length of the label is set to its maximum (29
  characters) instead of 0 in Pacbase.
  This provokes fields overlap, and differences in the BMS map
  between RPP and Pacbase after migration.
