Error description

• Recreate steps:
  Create a new Worklight v6.1 API project in eclipse and new Xcode
  project.
  Copy API lib to Xcode proj and do settings.
  Search for the "OCLogger" but couldn't find it.
  Search other Worklight API for iOS native such as WLPolygon
  which can be found.

Problem conclusion

• OCLogger was made public for Worklight 6.1, so the issue is
  resolved. The OCLogger does not exist in Worklight 6.2 and
  later, so no fix is required for those releases.
