Error description

• When multiple columns are in use on a TUI form, if the column
  position causes a wrap, then it is flagged as an error.
  In addition, JavaGen and the debugger do not properly handle the
  multiple column wrapping once the validation error has been
  removed.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * If an array field is placed on a tui form and multiple       *
  * columns are wanted and if the position of any of the columns *
  * becomes past the end of the form column, then validation was *
  * flagging this as an error, instead of wrapping to the next   *
  * row. In addition, once validation was modified to allow the  *
  * field, javaGen and debug didn't handle the wrapping          *
  * properly, causing a runtime error to occur. CobolGen works   *
  * properly as is.                                              *
