APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Creating an APAR from the following stackoverflow post:
  
  http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26363920/what-is-the-expected
  -behavior-of-using-the-worklight-6-2-vitality-queries-to-val
  
  When using the vitality API in order to check the status of the
  an application, the API is showing an incorrect message in
  regards to deployment. No matter what name you provide for the
  app in the following call the response will show the
  "Application {Application_Name} is deployed":
  
  http://<host>:<port>/<contextRoot>/ws/rest/vitality?app=<App_Nam
  e>
  
  I used an application name that was not deployed (fake_app) in
  the following rest call:
  
  http://<host>:10080/test/ws/rest/vitality?app=fake_app
  
  The response showed the following for  the description:
  
  <DESCRIPTION>Application 'fake_app' is deployed</DESCRIPTION>
  
  No matter what I put in the app name parameter the same result
  was seen

Problem conclusion

• The internal implementation of the deployed app check was fixed
  to return the correct response.
