Error description

• An Add button control associated to a List view that has a Pre-
  and Post hook defined will not fire the Post hook when running
  in the 8.0.1.5 web client.
  Native clients show correct behavior and both hooks execute.

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.13 and 8.0.1.6.
  If an Add button associated with a List view control has a Pre
