  *                 CALL and CANCEL to a program from both V5.1  *
  *                 and pre-V5.1 COBOL programs.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C1 occurs in module IGZCD24 when  *
  *                      a pre-V5.1 COBOL program attempts to    *
  *                      dynamically CALL a program that has     *
  *                      been previously called and canceled by  *
  *                      a V5.1 COBOL program.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The abend occurs due to a field in an internal control block
  associated with the target program is not being correctly
  updated, when the CANCEL is initiated from the V5.1 COBOL
  program. As a result the subsequent CALL from the pre-V5.1
  COBOL program causes the COBOL runtime to make the wrong
  assumption, and it fails to load the program again.
