  A REORG TABLESPACE KEEPDICTIONARY on a compressed PBG table
  space with different dictionaries for multiple partitions
  abended with ABEND04E RC00C90101 at DSNIKESR:500B because the
  wrong dictionary was used to decompress the data records when
  reloading them back to a different partition.
  
  The problem only happens when the BSDS of the subsystem has been
  converted to extended format that supports 10-byte RBA and LRSN
  fields by running job DSNTIJCB and at least one of the different
  dictionaries was built after the conversion.
  
  Additional symptoms:
  ABENDS0C7 ABEND0C7 DSNIRLPG + x'32AC' OFFSET32AC
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to decompress the records during the
  UNLOAD phase of REORG if KEEPDICTIONARY is specified and
  different dictionaries exist for the partitions of the PBG
  table space.
