• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Since the assigned tasks and applicaitons are linked by IDs
  rather than name importing the csv file in another server will
  not pick up the associated tasks automatically.
  
  To reproduce the problem:
  Export a plan which has applications associated with tasks.
  That plan must be part of a release which has participating
  applications. Export the application and import it in another
  server and the task do not show up under the imported
  application.
  

Local fix

• the fix is to add the tasks manually to under the imported
  application.
