Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1
  
  COBOL content assist is slow and gives incorrect results when
  host code page is set to Hebrew 424.
  
  To recreate:
  Right click on DSN CANDYL.COBOL(CBLDBFEX)
  Set the host code page to 424
  Go to a new line and type Per and hit CTRL+space
  It comes up with results for the Accept followed by all choices.
  I get the same results for D or Dis.
  

Local fix

• None available.
  

Problem summary

• In case of Bidi codepage - isIncremental flag in
  SectionedParseController class requires special treatment.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V9.1.1.0 Refresh Pack which
