APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to initialize a JSONstore collection before a
  previous JSONstore collection initialization has completed, or
  when attempting to add multiple collections to JSONstore in
  parallel, the operation may fail.
  

Local fix

• Modify application code to serialize JSONstore operations,
  ensuring that one JSONstore operation completes before
  beginning the next.
