Error description

• 1. The format of the F line is different when the F line is
  added by a Snippet.
  - The F line generated by the migration has the DSP as the first
  parameter, same as Pacbase.
  - The F line generated by a Snippet has the DSL as the first
  parameter.
  
  2. Another different is the F line created by a Snippet has for
  each parameter.
  
  3. The help does not have any information on extra Variable
  Name, BLC in Snippet template.
  
  4. Some of the F lines created by the migration have an
  additional parameter, PLT, for which the help does not have any
  information.
