Error description

• In the case where the cached response contained references, for
  duplicate requests in a test RPT would sent the second request
  to the server even though it should have been satisfied from
  cache.  This occurred because the existence of the references
  incorrectly causes RPT to incorrectly invalidate the cached
  response.
