APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• (COB V5.1)  A COB V5.1 dynamic call to a COB II RES program
  fails with an abend0C4 under CICS.  It does not matter which
  version of the bootstrap module is linked in.  If
  SCEELKED((IGZEBST) is linked in or if COB2LIB(IGZEBST) is
  linked in, they both will fail with an abend0C4.  If
  COB2CICS(IGZEBST) is linked in, the COB V5.1 dynamic call to
  COB II program will fail with an abend0C1.  COB2CICS(IGZEBST)
  is an alias for COB2CICS(IGZ9BST).
  
  The problem only manifests itself when CICS is involved.
  Batch does not encounter this problem.
  

Local fix

• Compile the COBOL II program under a supported version of
  Enterprise COBOL.
