  There is no z/os console support for IHS that would display
  any performance related stats that could be used to query the
  health of the IHS web server.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM HTTP Server modify support is enhanced to accept the
  appl= parameters of stats and resetstats(aka restats). These
  options will display to the z/OS console statistics simliar to
  the mpmstats information that is recorded to error log.
  The stats option will display the curent statistics and the
  resetstats(restats) option will diplay the current statistics
  and will also clear any cumulative values.
