  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MSGDSNU183I when RECOVER of             *
  *                      DSNDB06.SYSUSER is run at the same      *
  *                      time as other utilities.                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
    Prior to DB2 10 for z/OS, recovery of DSNDB06.SYSUSER was
  not permitted to run at the same time as other utilities.
  Doing so resulted in MSGDSNU183I:
  EXCLUSIVE SYSUTIL UTILITY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER ACTIVE
  UTILITIES
  or
  THERE IS A RUNNING EXCLUSIVE UTILITY NOT COMPATIBLE WITH
  OTHER ACTIVE UTILITIES
  depending on whether the RECOVER of SYSUSER or another
  utility was started first.
    In DB2 10 and above, this restriction was lifted to support
  increased flexibility, particularly for customers following
  documented procedures for disaster recovery.
    Though the removal of this restriction is properly
  documented in the DB2 manuals and online sources, the
  restriction remained in the code.
    This scenario should not fail with DSNU183I in V10 and above.
  

Problem conclusion

•   Code was changed to remove the restriction that RECOVER
  utility of DSNDB06.SYSUSER must run independently of other
  active utilities.
