  still exists, the format of the label field should be revised.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The Overview tab for entities such as Programs, Screens, and *
  * Elements allows the user to enter a LABEL that is longer     *
  * than 36 characters.                                          *
  * When attempting to save, the error 'The label is empty or    *
  * its length exceeds 36 characters' is encountered.            *
  * In the case of screens, the 36 characters cannot be entered  *
  * in more than one line.                                       *
  * Macros and reports could have a label length longer than     *
  * what Pacbase allows.                                         *
