Error description
Starting with CQWeb v. 8.0.1.4, the following error when opening a referenced record from inside the main record before saving it >>This record was not found Details: CRVSV0078E Error from RPC server: CRVSV0779E record not found<< The error could be reproduced with all browsers: FF ESR, IE and Chrome, except with FF non ESR versions and NO error occurs from on thick clients. Steps to reproduce: - Logon CQWeb selecting SAMPL user db - Modify one of the Defects records - Go to Customer tab and click on Add to search and select a "Customer" record, then click on "OK" - Double click on the added "Customer" record to open it (before saving the main record), the error occurs

Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.5. This internal representation of the ClearQuest Web record was incorrectly constructed in this use case. It has been corrected and the error no longer occurs.
