PI22765: SETTING MAX PARENTS ON SURVEY OBJECTS TO 1 DOES NOT DISABLE THE 'ASSOCIATE....' ITEMS UNDER THE 'ACTIONS' MENU.

Error description

• ERROR DESCRIPTION:Ø
  If you set the 'max parents' to 1 within the object type it
  does not disable the 'Associate...' items under the 'Actions'
  menu on the detail page of the object.  This problem seems to
  be related to survey objects.
  
  Regular 1st class object types behave according to the Admin
  Guide, a test was done with SOXProcess/SOXSubProcess.  The
  Admin Guide makes no mention that survey objects will not
  follow the same rules.  Please see printed page 192 (PDF Page
  210) of the OpenPages Administrators Guide.
  
  Was tested in OP 6.2.1 and it behaves the same way.
  
  Pre-reqs:
  Make sure you ahvea child object type where 'Max Parents' is
  set to 1.  For this working example we will create a new Object
  Type and associate it with SOXBusEntity.
  
  1. Log into OpenPages as the Administrator
  2. Enable SAM
  3.  Navigate to Administration -> Object Types
  4.  Click on 'Add'
  5.  Give the object type a name, click 'Create'
  6.  Next to 'Field Groups' click 'Include'
  7.  Select a Field Gropu to include (it does not matter which
  one) click 'Add'
  8.  Under 'Parent Associations' click 'Add', select
  SOXBusEntity, then click 'Add'
  9.  In the breadcrumb trail click on 'Object Types'
  10.  Select SOXBusEntity
  11.  Under 'Child Associations' click on the object type you
  created above
  12.  Click 'Edit' and update the Max Parents to '1', click
  'Save'
  13.  Disable SAM
  14.  Add the object to the profile
       a.  Go to Administration -> Profiles
       b.  Select the profile for the user you will test with
       c.  Under 'Object Types' click 'Include'
       d.  Select the new object type that was just created
       e.  Click 'Include'
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1.  Navigate to Organization -> Business Entities
  2.  Click on 'Add New'
  3.  Fill in the name and required fields, click 'Create'
  4.  Select the Business Entity just created
  5.  Under Attachments clck on the object type you created above
  6.  Click on 'Actions' and then 'Add a new <object type>'
  7.  Fill in the required fields and click 'Save'
  8.  Go back tot he created object type and click on 'Actions',
  the 'Associate....' buttons should be unavailable
