Error description

• The regular expression provided in "Pattern" field is not
  enforced
  Steps to reproduce the issue
  
  1) Create a component template
  2) Define a Component Property Definition
     name: appDir
     pattern: [a-zA-Z0-9-]+
     required: yes
     type: text
  3) Create New Component based on the component template above (I
  called
  it TEST-COMPONENT)
  4) When creating the component, "appDir" will be displayed on
  the
  "Create New Component" page.
  5) Enter value "*" (without the quotes
  6) uDeploy will accept value * as acceptable, even though it
  fails the
  regex pattern test
