Error description

• Due to a limitation under the Build Forge web UI code, the
  number of projects/libraries that are checked for snapshots to
  generate the snapshot icon is hardcoded under an array with the
  size of 1000.
  
  Under the current documentation, this limitation is listed as
  3000.
